Product Description

Black conductive PE film
The wide customizable range is 500~2000mm, with a thickness range of 0.03~0.2mm. It can be processed into customized single-sided, double-sided, or fully conductive films. It is made of black conductive polyethylene material and has good electrostatic discharge and mechanical processing performance. After processing, it can be made into black conductive bags, conductive sheets, conductive strips, black conductive shading materials, etc.

Conductive film can effectively release the accumulated charges on the packaged workpiece through the film body, and has good conductivity and shading properties. It can protect electronic sensitive devices from electromagnetic waves and static electricity, and is suitable for packaging photosensitive components or products with special requirements.

The surface resistivity can be adjusted between 103~108 ohms as required and remains permanently stable for a long time. After SGS testing, it fully meets ROHS requirements.



Features of PE electric conductive film:

1.Electric conductive film, also known as black conductive PE film,black conductive film tube material,drum conductive film packaging,antistatic black PE film.

2.Electric conductive film is made of  black conductive polyethylene material.It has good electrostatic discharge performance and mechanical performance.After processing it can be made into black conductive bags, conductive sheets, conductive strips, black conductive shielding materials.

3.The electric charges accumulated on the film and its inside work pieces can be well discharged from the film. Besides, the bag has good conductivity and light-proof performance, capable to pack light-sensitive components or products with special packaging requirements. 

4.The surface resistance can adjust betwween103 -109 Ω

5.Our PE electric conductive film has conductibility, excellent and balanced physical properties, and also passes through ROHS qualification by SGS evaluation.
